Omar Kamil, the Colombo Municipality’s Special Administrator, is the guest speaker at this month’s meeting of the Sunday Times Business Club (STBC).

At the August 27 meeting, Mr Kamil will discuss a whole range of issues including services and garbage issues and private sector involvement in running efficient services in the capital city. Another honoured guest at the event is Ronnie Leach, among Sri Lanka’s top entertainers, who will provide a few skits for the members.

The event is at 6.30 pm at the Cinnamon Grand (the host hotel). Hameedia is a co-sponsor of the club.
