The Festival consists of Russian folk dancers and singers along with a Russian culinary journey.
With a spread consisting of beef stroganoff, mimosa salad, chebureki, borsht, pelmeni, wheat blini, stchi, rostov fish soup, pickle soup, kievs cutlets, chicken roll with vegetables, chak-chak, samsa, herring in a coat, stolichny salad, herring with potatoes, youth salad, sea salad, radish salad, sturgeon, salmon salad and more, a welcoming shot of chilled vodka and Russian cocktails will be the attraction of the festival.
‘Our guest Chef Abdullaev Irkin will be the centre of attraction at the culinary fiesta’ said a spokesperson from the Hotel.
‘Combining the staple food of Russian peasants of old with the influences brought about through territorial expansion during the 16th-18th centuries and the newer cultural osmosis of the modern world, Russian cuisine is extremely varied in technique, seasoning, and combination’ expressed Chef Irkin.
