‘Improving customer relations to be better in business’ is this week’s discussion at the monthly meeting of the Sunday Times Business Club (STBC) at 6.30 pm on October 28 at the Taj Samudra Hotel.
The guest speaker is Nandana A. Wickramage, Group Director/Head of Marketing and Sales at Ceylon Biscuits Ltd, who will make a presentation on "Understanding your Customer to be Successful in your Business".
Mr Wickramage has been in the sales and marketing field for nearly 30 years having served in some top companies like John Keells Holdings, Maharaja Organization and Cargills. He has risen to his current position having started his working life as a trainee sales representative.
