Fans, friends and party revellers all sauntered into the blazing hot pink Oak Room of Cinnamon Grand, to enjoy the much anticipated drag show by Koluu. The setting was electrifying and the mood was raucous.
Koluu and his coterie of dancers, danced, impersonated, swayed and gyrated the night away. While Koluu was exceptionally funny, slick Lou Ching Wong was the embodiment of style, doing a class- one act wearing his own stunning creations, and truly divine was Dhanu doing the Lady Gaga act.
Adding a refreshing touch of elegance to the evening was the segment where the Divas modelled the exquisite pure silk batik sarees by Chrysanthi Fernandopulle. We missed the usual skits terribly but were happy to see Indu making a brief appearance on stage. A sumptuous buffet spread and dancing awaited the hot hot hot revellers after the show. |
