The Under 19 inter-school cricket encounter between Zahira and Sri Sumangala Panadura concluded in a tame draw at Maradana yesterday.
The first day’s play of the match was washed out without a ball being bowled.
The highlight of the second days play was a fine knock of 93 by Imras Rafi which included 16 boundaries and a six which saw the Zahirians taking first lease of the wicket make a score of 238 for 6 declared. Sumangalians in their turn ended the day making 130 for 9.
