HSBS gets new Global Head of Commercial Banking

Alan Keir, currently global co-head of Commercial Banking and head of Commercial Banking Europe of HSBC has been appointed global head of Commercial Banking with effect from 1 January 2011.

He becomes a Group managing director and joins the Group Management Board chaired by Group chief executive-designate, Stuart Gulliver, the bank announced.
