Students of Gateway displayed their aesthetic skills at the International Schools Dance Competition 2012 by winning in three categories. Fifteen schools participated in this Dancing Competition that was organised by the Alethea International School. Mr. Shohan Chandiram, Mr. Kevin Nugara, and Mrs. Rangana Ariyadasa were the panel of Judges for the event.
The competition showcased the talents of the students in many styles of dance such as Western, Eastern, Bollywood and Fusion. Gateway College Colombo bagged the first and third places of the Senior Western Dance Category. Gateway College Negombo won the first place in the Intermediate Western Category. Gateway College Kandy was the winner of the Bollywood Open Age Group category.
