Palaniappan Chidambaram, a former Indian Minister of Finance and Home Affairs, will be addressing the 20th annual tax oration organized jointly by the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Faculty of Taxation on October 22 at the CA Sri Lanka auditorium at Malalasekera Mawatha, Colombo, the institute said on Wednesday. - ENDS -
