Foreign national arrested with Cocaine at BIA

News

The Customs Narcotic Control unit at the Bandaranayake International Airport arrested a Bosnian passport holder arrested for attempting to smuggle drugs.

The passenger arrived via the green channel from Colombia today .

The weight of the arrested Narcotic substance is around 2759grams and with a street value of Rs.97 million.

Sri lanka Customs Narcotic Control Unit has requested the assistant of the Police Narcotic Bureau and further investigation underway.
