A 20-member team of Police officials from Sri Lanka have undergone a training course on Cyber Crimes Investigation and Artificial Intelligence in India.
The team had left for training on the directions of Public Security Minister Tiran Alles and IGP Deshabandu Tennakoon.
A Senior Superintendent of Police, two Assistant Superintendents of Police and 17 Inspectors of Police took part in the training sessions.
They had left on March 3 due to return next Saturday.
The training took place at the Central Detective Training Institute in Hyderabad, India.
