A person involved in stealing three-wheelers was arrested yesterday by the Mirihana Police.
The Police said that the suspect arrested was also found possessing 5g 560 mg of heroin.
The suspect was identified as a 31-year-old resident in Rajagiriya area and would be taken before Nugegoda Magistrate Court today.
The Police have seized five three-wheelers which have been extorted from Thalangama, Kaduwela, Grandpass, Fort and Kiribathgoda areas.
Further investigations are underway by the Mirihana Police.
