The 103 refugees from Myanmar who were rescued after their boat drifted towards the North eastern part of Sri Lanka are to be accommodated at the Air Force camp in Mullaitivu due to lack of space at the Mirihana detention centre.
Last week the courts in Trincomalee ordered that the refugees be transferred to the camp at Mirihana.
A total of 103 refugees including 45 children and 24 women were rescued while 12 members from the crew have been remanded.
