The No-Confidence Motion (NCM) against Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella that was submitted by the opposition was defeated in Parliament by a majority of 40 votes a short while ago.
The motion received 73 votes in favour and 113 against.
The vote was held at the end of a three-day Parliamentary debate held on the NCM against the Health Minister.
