A woman has been arrested in Weerawila for having a realistic looking revolver gun along with live ammunition, police said.
The woman when questioned has revealed that a relative of hers, a notorious drug dealer in the area, has handed over a parcel requesting to keep it in a safe and secretive place in her shop.
Police said due to search operations conducted in the area for illegal weapons, the toy gun and bullets would have been handed over to the woman.
