Police Headquarters states that the curfew in place for the Ratnapura and Pelmadulla police divisions will continue until further notice.
Furthermore, all travel through these areas will also be prohibited.
However, the curfew for other areas of the Ratnapura district will be lifted at 6.00am tomorrow (9) and reimposed again at 4.00pm.
