Four suspects have been arrested over the robbery at Katana businessman’s house and 7.2 million cash have been recovered, police said.
A car and a motorcycle that were used for the robbery also have been found. The police said the arrested suspects are from Thambuttegama, Kurunegale, Nikaveratiya and Gampaha.
Earlier on September 30, it was reported that a businessman was robbed at gun point at his residence in the Akkarapanaha area in Katana by a gang.
The robbers had got away with nearly Rs 30 million from the residence.
