A gas explosion inside a tea kiosk near the Dhawatagaha Mosque in Town Hall, Colombo was extinguished the fire brigade yesterday. The mosque was not damaged in the fire but the tea shop was completely gutted.
A Sri Lanka Air Force Bell 212 helicopter belonging to the No. 72 squadron has crashed into the Madhuru Oya reservoir this morning, Air FOrce Media Spokesman Eranda Geeganage said.
