Gnanasara Thera surrenders to court

Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Venerable Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera has surrendered to the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court a short while ago.

The court had earlier issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to present himself to court over a case being heard against him.

The BBS had earlier claimed that there were threats to Ven. Gnanasara Thera's life.
