Former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa arrived at the Presidential Commission investigating large scale corruption today to record a statement. He was summoned to appear before the Commission over the allegations of financial irregularities at the Rakna Lanka security company.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
