An individual died after falling from the 18th floor of a building which is under construction opposite the Galle Face Green yesterday (Apr 08).
According to Police the incident had occured at around 4 am. Fort Police are investigating into the incident.
Police have identified the victim as 22-year old Thrishal Gunathilaka, a resident of Meegahathenna.
The post-mortem examination on the victim's remains will be conducted at the Colombo General Hospital today.
