A team of Naval personnel in coordination with Police STF arrested three persons who were transporting 500g of KG, during a raid carried out at Bandagiriya area in Hambanthota yesterday, Navy said.
Accordingly, Naval personnel attached to the Southern Naval Command in coordination with Police STF in Gonnoruwa had apprehended these persons who were transporting this KG on a motor bike. The suspects are residents of Hambanthota and Thanamalwila areas, aged 42 and 32. The suspects along with the Kerala Ganja and motor bike were handed over to Hambanthota Police for onward actions.
