Parliamentary debate on Bond Commission and PRECIFAC reports begins

The Parliamentary debate on the Bond Commission report and PRECIFAC report began in Parliament a short while ago. 

Speaker Karu Jayasuriya convened the special sitting on the request of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe. The two reports were presented in Parliament on January 23.

Prior to the commencement of the debate, the Speaker requested all MPs present not to hurl personal insults at each other during the debate and to conduct themselves in a dignified manner.
