Police fired tear gas to disperse members of the Frontline Socialist Party (FSP) affiliated to the Unemployed Graduates Union during a protest at the Ceramic Junction in Colombo.
According to Police a crowd of nearly 1,000 protestors had attempted to proceed towards the Presidential Secretariat when tear gas was fired at them.
