President Maithripala Sirisena took wing to India to attend the swearing in ceremony of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi today (May 30).
Modi was re-elected to the office of Prime Minister for the second time following the Indian elections this month.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
