The Prisons' Department has organised a two-day practical training session starting from today (Jun 11) for selected applicants of the post of hangman.
According the the Department, 26 individuals have been selected so far after applications were called for the post of executioner.
However, of these applicants only two will be selected for the post following the training programme and a susequent examination, the Prisons Department noted.
