The timetable of the GCE Advanced Level Examination is being revised due to the general election on August 17 and will be released soon, Examination Department sources were quoted by local media. The examination is to be held in two sessions - one from August 4 to 13 and the other from August 24 to September 8. The examination was scheduled to be held from August 4 to 28. According to the previous timetable, eight days were scheduled for the examination between August 13 to 24. Reports suggest that the Examination Department is working hard to reschedule the subjects that were fixed for these dates. The Grade 5 scholarship examination is scheduled to be held on August 23.
