STF officers promoted

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) has promoted 177 police officers attached to the Special Task Force (STF) who have fulfilled the necessary qualifications required for promotion. 

Accordingly, 93 STF officers who held the rank of Police Sergeant have been promoted to Sub Inspector while 84 officers who held the rank of Sub Inspector have been promoted to Inspector.
