The Attorney General undertook not to arrest Parliamentarian Tiran Alles until the Fundamental Rights petition filed by the Parliamentarian at the Supreme Court is heard again on June 29. The AG took this undertaking on May 27 and the court today instructed to maintain status quo until the next hearing. Alles filed a FR petition seeking an order to prevent his arrest in connection with an alleged financial misappropriation amounting to approximate Rs. 640 million which is alleged to have taken place at the Reconstruction and Development Agency (RADA), local media reported.
