Bodubala Sena General Secretary Galabodatte Ganasara thero will only Corporate with on going the legal case only if he is provided with security, General Secretary Sinhala Rawaya Magal Knade Suddatha thero said .
The Rev told at a Press conference that government has not given any assurance about security for Ven Gnanasara thero. Sudattha explained that if the government provides security Bodubala Sena General secretary is ready to cooperate.
The President of Sihale Api National Organisation Jamburewala Chndraratana thero said that if any trustworthy assurance given Ganasara thero will support the legal proceedings.
“ Gnanasara thero is a leader for the radical youth and loved by many people therefore if any harm comes upon him there will be riots and confusion among ethnic groups, that’s what the extremist religious groups are trying to create” he said.
He said that the government and the secret services can provide security as they wish.
An arrest warrant has been issued on ven Gnanasara thera.
