Former Sri Lanka fast bowler and national fast bowling coach, Rumesh Ratnayake, has been appointed the Sri Lanka 'A' head coach.
Ratnayake's first assignment will be the upcoming series against Pakistan 'A' which includes two 4-day games and three ODIs.
Ratnayake has served the national cricket coaching unit as head coach and fast bowling coach on previous occasions.
The Sri Lanka 'A' coaching unit will include Ruvin Peiris as batting coach, Darshana Gamage as fast bowling coach and Sajeewa Weerakoon as spin bowling coach.
