The finals of the National Softball Cricket Tournament for the 2014/2015 season organised by Sri Lanka Softball Cricket Federation will be held this weekend (December 5 and 6) at the Maligapitiya grounds in Kurunegala.
Over 800 teams played under provincial, electoral, district levels in the preliminary round out of which eight teams qualified for the final round.
Winners of the finals will be awarded valuable cash prizes, trophies and certificates.
The prize giving will take place under the patronage of Sports Minister Dayasiri Jayasekera on December 6.
The National Softball Cricket Tournament 2016 will also beginning on same day with finals to be conducted by the end of 2016.
