Football: 23rd annual Royal-Thomian encounter today at Longdon Place
The 23rd annual Football encounter between traditional rivals Royal College and S. Thomas' College will be played at the CR and FC ground at Longdon Place from 3.30pm.
The encounter, well known as The Blue Derby, is expected to be a keenly contested affair.
Royal dominates the series with a total of 20 wins out of 22 previous outings while S. Thomas' had won only twice so far.
Royal are the title defenders but so far in the school football season both teams have performed quite well.
