Voice recognition for iPhone and Blackberry
Vlingo for iPhone and vlingo for Blackberry smartphones allows users to speak into their device and have many popular applications carry out their respective functions. This includes dialing your phone, sending an email or SMS, creating and saving a memo or task, opening a web browser and performing a web search, composing a social-networking status message and more.
Firefox soon on mobile phones
Firefox will finally make an entrance into the mobile phones arena, with an alpha version of Firefox Mobile (codename Fennec). Currently the browser space is owned by Safari and Opera which undoubtedly used the absence of Firefox to their benefit, will see some tough times ahead of them with Firefox in the field.
