Here’s the chance to get those toes tapping as music lovers rock around the Christmas Tree at the Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel’s annual musical concert getting you right into the mood of the season!
On Sunday, 6 December, the King’s Court Ballroom at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo will come alive from 7.00 pm onwards with song and seasonal gaiety as Misty, Noeline Honter, Watsala, Quest, Best, Rebels, Dimension and C&C take the centre stage to give you ‘Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree’.
The repertoire for the concert covers classic Christmas carols, contemporary songs and some perennial seasonal favourites – including O Holy Night, The Christmas Song (‘Chestnuts roasting on an open fire’), Frosty the Snowman, All I want for Christmas is you, I’m Yours, Merry Christmas Everyone, a medley of songs by the great Elvis Presley and of course, Rockin’ around the Christmas Tree.
This is, undoubtedly, the ideal evening for the entire family during this festive season.
Tickets are priced at a very affordable Rs.1,000 nett per person and includes Christmas goodies as refreshments. What’s more, ticket holders are also entitled to a 15% discount on dinner valid at any restaurant on the same day, so you could enjoy a lovely dinner at one of the many restaurants (except 7 Degrees North) at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.
