The Josephian walk 2010 will be held on July 18 commencing from 12 noon at the College Premises. This event is organized every two years and is looked forward to by many Josephian, young and old.
This year will see many novelties being introduced into the walk. The organizers hope to direct proceeds from the walk towards the college’s indoor nets, the school’s new library and the Fine Arts centre project. The project is being headed by Rector/Principal - Rev. Fr Sylvester Ranasinghe, with support by the school’s old boys.
The walk will start by 12 noon via Lipton Circus and will reach the main gates, where the carnival will follow complete with food stalls, a fashion and musical show with popular bands being showcased at the event as well. |
