Diplomatic Training Course begins on June 6

The Bandaranaike International Diplomatic Training Institute (BIDTI) is now registering students for the 31st course in Diplomacy and International Relations which will be inaugurated on 6 June.
The BIDTI is located in the BMICH, suite 3G-07.

The course is a comprehensive survey of the contemporary global scene in all aspects, including the history of diplomacy and diplomatic practice, new forms of diplomacy, bilateral and multilateral relations, economic groupings, conferences and summitry, international organizations, international economics, multilateral trade and finance, international law, contemporary security issues etc. The course also includes Sri Lankan studies, culture, history and development issues. The format will include lectures as well as practical sessions for skills development and field visits. The atmosphere is relaxed and student participation is encouraged over coffee breaks.
