Premier Sri Lankan poultry producer Crysbro surpassed yet another milestone it its landmark CSR campaign, Crysbro Next Champ, when the 100th episode of its weekly programme aired on Sri Lankan television.
Presented by the well-known motivational speaker Bathiya Arthanayake, Crysbro Next Champ is telecasted every Saturday at 9.30 pm on Channel Eye, the company said in a media release.
Throughout each highly engaging 20-minute episode, Crysbro Next Champ profiles previously untapped sporting talent from schools and institutions all over the country – particularly those in rural settings. It gives them a chance to share their victories and backgrounds with a broader audience, connecting them with potential opportunities in the wider sporting community. The segment also goes on to cover the technical know-how behind the respective sport as shared by a master coach. Each entertaining and potent episode ends with an interview with star athletes, who have gone on to make massive strides for their motherland, in international arenas, the release said.
