The Parent Teacher Association of Bishop’s College organized “October Fiesta” – a food and fun fair at the College grounds recently from 4pm onwards. The event was a fund raiser towards the development of the school.
This family oriented fun fair was organized with the aim of re creating the atmosphere of a good “old fashioned” fair something not too many get to experience in this day and age. The house of horrors and the disco were very popular attractions with most of the crowd clamouring to get in – the games of skill, kiddies area, request stall were also popular attractions. The well over 70 food and trade stalls were well patronised.
