Kaema Sutra recently moved to Shangri-La Hotel , Colombo from the restaurant’s original location at Arcade, Independence Square. Serving up interesting items such as the black hopper(with squid ink) and the roti pizza, the restaurant aims to serve tapas styled cuisine, said Dharshan Munidasa, the mastermind behind Kaema Sutra.
Vice President and General Manager of Shangri-La Hotel Colombo, Timothy Wright explained that the hotel chose to partner with Kaema Sutra because they felt that as newcomers to Sri Lanka, they wanted to work with an expert restaurateur.
