Shankar’s International Children’s Competition-2020 organized by the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre (formerly Indian Cultural Centre), High Commission of India, Colombo, will be held on Nov 23, 2019.
The competition will be held from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m at SVCC, 16/2 Gregory’s Road, Colombo 07. Children from all over the island are welcome to participate in th painting/ drawing/ writing competition.
The topics for essay writing/drawing/ painting for the competitions will be “Earth is the only home we have, Treasure it”.
The Shankar’s International Children’s Competition 2020, in the categories of writing/ painting/ drawing will be open to children born on or after January 1 st 2004.
All the entries done by the children will be sent to New Delhi for the Shankar’s International Children’s Competition 2020.
Children who are interested in participating may register their names with the Centre (Tel. 011-2684698, Telefax 2684697, e-mail iccrcolombo2@gmail.com) and are requested to come to SVCC at 9.00 am on November 23, 2019.
