Anunayaka Thera of Ramanna Nikaya passes away

The Anunayaka Thera of the Ramanna Nikaya, Most Venerable Nauyane Ariyadhamma Thera has passed away this morning (7) at the age of 78 years. 

The Thera had been receiving treatment at a private hospital in Colombo for an illness at the time of his death. 

Born on April 24, 1939, the Thera was ordained as a monk in 1957. He received Upasampada on July 15, 1959. 

The Thera's funeral is due to take place on Monday (September 12).
