A 'Drug Eradication Week' will be declared from June 22 - July 1, President's Secretary Udaya R. Senaviratne said during a meeting at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday (May 27).
This was announced during a meeting at the President's Secretariat which revolved around the laws to control drugs and reduce drug related crimes, last afternoon.
Ven. Kuppiyawatte Bodhinanada Thero, Secretaries of Ministries, the related officials, Acting Inspector General of Police C.D.Wickrmerathne, and heads of security sections participated in this event, the President's Media Division said.
