Egyptian national arrested without a valid visa in Madampe
An Egyptian national was arrested in Madampe yesterday (Apr 24) under counts of breaching immigration laws in the country.
The suspect was arrested last afternoon after he was discovered to have been staying in the country without a valid visa.
The 44-year old Egyptian national is due to be produced before the Chilaw Magistrates Court today, police said.
