All Provincial Councils have given the go ahead to the Right to Information (RTI) Bill but three of the Councils have proposed amendments to the Bill before it gets Parliamentary approval, Speaker Karu Jayasuriya announced today.
The three PCs that proposed the amendments are the Northern, Sabaragamuwa and North Central provinces, he said.
