Chairperson of the EAP Group of companies Soma Edirisinghe passed away at a private hospital this morning, at the age of 76. Her career as an entrepreneur began in 1974 with the sudden demise of her husband EAP Edirisinghe, the founder of the EAP group of Companies. From that day onwards she has played the role of Chairperson of the EAP Group of Companies. The organization consists of 25 subsidiaries.
