A woman who sold Kerala Cannabis in Kilinochchi was arrested by the Special Task Force (STF) on Friday (December 9).
Acting on information received by the STF Kilinochchi Camp, STF officials conducted a raid on a house in Vivekanandanagar of Kilinochchi, where they arrested a 63 year old woman, a resident of Kilinochchi, while in possession of 2kg 75g of Kerala Cannabis.
The suspect was handed over to the Kilinochchi Police for further investigations.
The raid was conducted by STF officials of the Kilinochchi Camp including the Camp Commanding Officer Inspector S. P. Chaminda under the guidance of the Assistant Superintendent of Police D. P. U. Kodithuwakku.
