Cricket: Vaas, Isuru, Shiran Covid positive in Bangladesh
Fast bowling coach Chaminda Vaas and seamers Isuru Udana and Shiran Fernando have been tested Covid positive in Bangladesh.
Sri Lanka cricket team is currently in Bangladesh to play a 3match ODI series beginning from today.
However Sri Lanka will go ahead with today’s game regardless while those tested positive will go in for another test today.
If the second test comes out with the same results Sri Lanka will likely abandon the series, according to Mr. Mohan de Silva, the secretary of Sri Lanka Cricket.
