Sri Lanka recorded a stunning 1-wicket win against the much fancied Pakistan Women in the second semi-final of the ACC Women’s Asia Cup 2022 played at Sylhet, Bangladesh a short while ago today (13).
Electing to bat, Sri Lanka posted 122 for the loss of six wickets, and managed to restrict Pakistan to 121-6 with a run out in the last delivery of the final over costing them a thrilling win.
Sri Lanka will meet India in the final of the ACC Women’s Asia Cup 2022 on Saturday (15) at the same venue.
