The finals of the Silver Cup knock-out Football Tournament will be worked off on Sunday (23) at 3 pm at the City Football league Complex.
Kirulapona United and Henamulla United have qualified to clash in the finals.
The tournament is conducted by the Colombo Football League.
Twenty affiliated teams of the Colombo Football League took part in the tournament.
In the per-quarters of the tournament Kirulapona United beat Colombo City FC 5-0.
In the quarter-finals Kirulapona United beat New Star 1-0 and in the semi-finals overcame Old Joes 3-0 to qualify for the finals.
Kirulapona United is being led by Kavindu Madushan. Henamulla United will be led by M.H. Rizan.
Henamulla United qualified for the finals beating Challengers SC 3-1, downed Ratnams SC 3-1 in the quarters and overcame SC Kolons SC 2-1 in the semi-finals to be in the finals.
The winning team in the contest will receive a cash award of Rs.25,000. The runners-up will be in line for Rs. 15,000.
