Ananda College Colombo and Piliyandala Central College were in the forefront at the All-Island School Games Gymnastics boys’ and girls’ overall championships concluded at the Sports Ministry Indoor Stadium in Colombo.
The runners-up in the boys’ events were Royal College Colombo while the third place went to Maris Stella College Negombo.
The best outstanding players were Hansana Gayasanth of Ananda College and Milkha Gihani Divyanjali of Piliyandala Central in the boys’ and girls’ events.

Under-19 Boys: Hansana Gayashanth (Ananda).
Under-19 Girls: M.A.D. Chanima Kavinga (Visakha Vidyalaya).
Under-17 Boys: Pasindu Malawana (Royal) and Udayantha Sandeepa (Dharmapala Pannipitiya).
Under-17 Girls: Amaya Sithumini (Sirimavo Balika Colombo).
Under-15 Boys: K.K.D. Isuru Udantha (Royal).
Under-15 Girls: E.D.D. Milkha Gihani (Piliyandala MMV).
